Hong Kong - 21 feb. 2012
Hong Kong - 21 feb. 2012
PechaKucha Night began in Tokyo, 2003, as a networking event for young designers to show their work. Now in 450+ cities, the presentation format is standard worldwide: 20 images x 20 seconds. PechaKucha (pe-chak-cha) is Japanese for "chit chat."
Under the direction of ChowPourianLab, the PKN series in HK is heading back to the grassroots spirit of the PechaKucha mothership in Tokyo: a PechaKucha of wild cards - eclectic, fun and full of surprises. In addition to established professionals, the floor is also open to emerging talent, entrepreneurs and students.
PechaKucha Night is a platform for creatives to meet and share ideas with other like-minded people in a relaxed setting.

Tell us the story of your work, or the side project that keeps you sane. Art, design, architecture, music, dance, food, travel, nature, science, technology, underground culture...? You name it.
Just remember, it's a snappy 20 slides x 20 seconds (that's 6 min 40 sec).
