British born photographer Patrick Fraser relocated from London to Venice Beach, California in 1996. A new lifestyle, shooting, and production opportunities in and around Los Angeles were big factors in his move.
Patrick shoots for a number of editorial clients. Most recent portraits include Amy Adams for British Vogue; Jackie Collins for Vanity Fair; the cast of Mad Men; Perry Farrell and Oscar nominee Emily Blunt. Recent at-home shoots with Dennis Hopper and Sylvester Stallone.
Although Patrick is most known for his portrait work, wanderlust has always been a part of his evolvement. So he continues to visually explore music, travel and fine art. In 2006 he completed an overland photo assignment for the book China Road (Random House). For this project, he followed Route 312 across the length of China. His camera has also taken him to many other places like Iran, Japan, Pakistan, China, India, Cuba and Brazil - to name a few.
