PAPER TRADE SHOW POSTER
BRIEF
Design a poster for The Paper Trade Show 2013. This is a prestigious event that is attended by designers, publishers and printers. Decide where it should take place remembering that the location should also be stylish as the event is targeted at design professionals. The design of the poster is also going to reflect both the location of the event and the season.
The poster design consist of different design elements. The picture in the background reflects the season the show is taken place and the big origami snowflake is both a symbol of winter and paper. It shows how beautiful paper art can be and how many varieties there is within paper designs. The typography reflects the origami art and is inspired by the old letters that the vikings in Norway used, the runes. The white frame around the design is a symbol of a paper sheet and all the possibilities that lays within a blanc canvas.
