We construct an unnatural natural environment based on the Inspiration from Ito Jakuchu’s quote “Humanity take delight with nature where artifice and nature blend in harmony” and Garden by the Bay—the latest manifestation of Singapore’s Garden City vision.
We conduct investigation on people’s perceptions of domesticated nature by looking at how we might appreciate their existence as objects of natural causes but yet in reality, they are the product of manipulation, perfection, and over-production.
