AUDIENCE / General public or mostly low income families that do not have access to veterinarian practices due to cost or location.
OBJECTIVE & JOB DESCRIPTION / In order to decrease the number of unwanted dogs and
cats euthanized in Saint Louis each year, my teammate and I created a campaign using low-cost,
broad coverage media to encourage the audience to spay or neuter their pets.
