This project it’s the result of the combination between the traditional German bird house and a traditional Portuguese material called Cork.
PIAFF® represents a metaphor between birds and the chirping of the new century.
It consists in a high definition speaker designed to be in an outdoor ambience. The materials where carefully choose, the plywood, the speaker, the painting and the cork they all come from nautical engineering applications. The result was this very technical and functional object suitably dressed.

PIAFF® is one of the results from a proposal presented by the collective T.I.V.D. (This Is Very Dangerous).
After the presence in the first exhibition of the collective, in 2012 during the Milan Design Week in Ventura Lambrate, where they were invited to be part of Anthropology collection, they are back with new colors, to be part of the 3rd edition of T.I.V.D. exybithion under the theme: PICNIC.
