This kit was sent to PG&E consumers to inform them that their bill was switching it's rate structure. The goal of the piece was to simply illustrate how to read and understand the new bill, along with providing solutions to lower energy usage. The inside flap was an added treatment to allow each booklet to contain other loose elements and house them like a folder.
