- Orson Welles
A typographic Tribute
- The films, the voice, the persona and the vision of Orson Welles has inspired me since the day i saw Citizen Kane for the first time, when i was Sixteen. Since then, every film, radio show and piece of writing with Welles' name on it was a treasure. I loved the use of bold Lissitzky-ish typography in his films long before i had any kind of exposure to typography. This is a simple tribute to my inspiration through the medium of type. I tried to show the time and the feel of the films through typefaces and layouts that best mirror them and also found this to be a damn good mental exercise.
