The concept of this event was "the past and future", where we had two different moments, in two different venue spaces with two different ambients.
"The Past": A celebration of 50 years of camping in Portugal. We had a Jazz band playing a collection of the best jazz songs from the last 50 years. On the wall and plasma screens we had a video with the best Orbitur images since the early days. To break the ice, we had a couple of accidental campers that interacted with the distinguished guests.
"The Future": The Orbitur gift for the future of the company - A new brand. The guest were invited to enter a new venue space, and they found a minimalistic room full of light - from the dinner tables to the venue walls. This lights were changing during the night according to the major moment. The Company President speech, had 20 meter projection that combined the live video and his presentation. At the end we projected the new brand video and we distributed a corporate gift to the guests. After the dinner we had an improvising comedy group and an hi-tech show. All this was meant to surprise the guest and create a new and fresh brand experience, according to the new brand positioning and values.
On the way out to the valet parking service, all the guests received a brand book, to reinforce all the messages of this surprising and amazing night.
