Operation Smile Lipstick

Scenario:
Operation Smile gives free surgery to children with cleft lip.
Even after 18 years in Brazil, people were still mistaking it for Patch Adams's NGO, which does a entirely different kind of social work.

The idea:
We created a line of lipsticks for Operation Smile :)
The product, a way of associating the NGO with the restoration of children’s lips, was largely publicized by hundreds of fashion magazines, websites and blogs, making big names of the fashion world join the cause.

Three of the biggest Brazilian international top models posed for the campaign for free, and one of them decided to be the ambassador of the NGO.
Furthermore, the sales of the lipsticks were reverted to Operation Smile and the product became so successful that the manufacturer decided to increase the number of colors and textures of the line.
