This video was produced by myself and my partner while still working at Transfix Media together.
A brief project outline:
I used a diverse range of methods to achieve the free roam effect. The smoke of the house was created using the inbuilt 'Particle Playground' plugin in Adobe After Effects CS4.
We used a mixture of real life action and animation.
I created an oversized composition in After Effects to allow free roaming around the 'Open 2 View' gallery.
We used After Effects' in-built motion tracking to create the phone camera effect.
We broke away from the standard border we had created in order to reduce repetitiveness.
Introducing a few interviews with past Open 2 View clients helped enhance the authenticity of the video.
Re-creation of an Open 2 View photographer meeting with an agent.
We spent many hours searching for the right pictures to end on.
All footage was captured by us and all editing was done in our Adobe CS4 editing suite.
