    A Film by Wade Jackson
  • Art Direction: Steve Loftis
Designers: Steve Loftis & Sean Ball
    Photography: Nick Hall

One Hundred and Sixty Acres is an upcoming independent film by Wade Jackson and Nick Hall. Set in 1890s Oregon, the story follows two homesteaders, a father and son, in their move west and a secret that comes back to change their lives.

Loftis & Ball provided the logotype design, as well as a series of three posters for the film. The design was based around the typography and image styling of turn-of-the-century westward expansion advertisements, as viewed through the lens of modern, organized layout.

Special thanks to Wade Jackson and Nick Hall.
