Schematic Design Book
This schematic design book was developed at the conclusion of the schematic design phase. It was distributed at the public commission meeting along with a congruently themed presentation and animation. The nature of the commission meeting was to vote on whether or not to progress the project through to design development and construction. As a result the project moved forward to design development and construction.
In addition to winning over the county commissioners, the presentation won over an extremely vocal community advocate who had opposed the project up until that point. The project will complete construction in August 2001.
