:: Mission ::
Our mission is to establish a community invested in Alabama's Talledega National Forest, Oakmulgee Ranger District. Through engagement, exploration, and education we will create lasting and meaningful relationships between visitors and the forest, resulting in shared experiences and returned visits.
:: Project ::
Teamed up with a group of six members the Oakmulgee Forestworks Campaign became a 5 month project that entailed research, digital and graphic design. Working closely with the six members of the team we designed and developed a process package that is viewable on the Design ignites Change website. ( http://designigniteschange.org/projects/446-oakmulgee-forestworks )
I personally designed the t-shirts and furthered and finalized the logo, but was also involved in helping create the additional promotional concepts. Our team worked closely with Sam Shelton of Kinetik, John Carmody of John Carmody.net, and Cindy Ragland, the Oakmulgee Ranger, to create a final product that would enhance and revitalize the experiences gathered by visitors, both new and returning.
