Audiovisual works intended to introduce the guest artists at the OFFF Barcelona 2011 edition on second day of the festival at Open Room conferences space. Based on the festival’s theme “Year Zero”, these pieces of video show people who have voluntarily decided to reinvent themselves by using new body parts implanted surgically. They consist of a video portrait of people proudly showing to the camera, satisfied with their new image, having broken the rules of anatomy, physically rebirth, satisfied to have reached their desire to be different, to be modified. They make their body a design object, a material through which to break with the forms. They are showed so proud and defiant looking directly to the camera in a clear allusion to the viewer.
