For my motion graphics class, we were assigned to come up with a TV channel, some ID spots and a menu. Nylon TV is a lifestyle network This channel will broadcast shows covering the latest news in underground hip-hop and indie music, urban and high-end fashion trends, shows that highlight interviews with celebrities and musicians and it will feature sitcoms similar to Degrassi and Skins. Nylon TV is targeted specifically to the 18-24 year old age demographic. The typical viewer shops at stores such as H&M, Urban Outfitters, Pacsun & Supreme. The viewer listens to hip-hop, rap, indie rock, alternative & electronic dance music.
The look and feel of this channel is sleek and modern, using a mostly white backdrop with splashes of bright color and vivid images. The Nylon TV vibe is very fun, energetic, youthful, urban, vibrant & dynamic.
