Northeastern Shuffle - Rate Everything on Campus

Northeastern University in Boston, MA is notorious for the bureaucratic runaround known as the "Northeastern Shuffle." As my Alma Mater, I decided to give current Northeastern students a voice — if we enable direct, neutral, and meaningful communication between the University and students, will conditions improve?
NUshuffle is a self-initiated project that has taken the NU campus by storm. Since its launch, students have given thousands of unique comments on anything from Dining Halls to Course Registration.
In return for their feedback, the site dishes out badges and achievements for rating specific departments or reaching milestones on the site. Students can also redeem points earned from ratings for free food, laundry, and swag on campus.
This project was completed in conjunction with Ian Hirschfeld.
