This was an Art Direction assignment to develop a cohesive campaign featuring the Nook color for barnes & Noble. There was supposed to be a 3-part print ad campaign along with a web-based element. I did a microsite. I knew from the beginning that I wanted to go the illustration route for this campaign and i stuck with that through the execution. The idea was to create a black and white environment based on popular books that surrounded the Nook, which would have color inside. This would demonstrate how your books could come alive on the Nook color. I carried the same illustration design through the website. Enjoy
