Nomas Enterprises, Bahrain

A high-end business and residential development. The first challenge was differentiating between the many other developments in the region that all had the same luxurious and quality values.
We looked into other ways in which Nomas could promise and deliver on a truly inspirational and ethical complex, as their main promise was elegance, class and quality but this wouldn’t make the difference in the buying decision. When buying such a property of quality and high standing one may think they have
made it, they are a success and they can afford the luxury they want, but then what? Are they done? Have they hit the end of the road? But what if they were offered more? The chance to give others a chance who don’t have the means to become successful like themselves.
One issue the region also has is low investment in local education. The region is strongly influenced by expatriate workers which is diluting the local culture.
We suggested that Nomas should create a scheme that nurtures and helps develop the local talent. We wanted to advertise that Nomas wasn’t the final destination for a successful wealthy person but the beginning of a new adventure of discovering the talent of the next generation. We wanted to let the consumer feel like they are a part of a bigger picture and that they are investing in property which comes with a conscience of a better brighter world for people with skills who are without the means to develop them.
The trademark is simple, elegant and classic and it wears the feeling of discovery like a crown.
It shows the contrast of a development with the emotional value of something more.
