Not having met either the project producer, Julia Guignabel, the art director from Design Studio, Luke Alexander, nor the photographer Adam Laycock, I was rushing around before their arrival at Camilla Arthur Casting - in a panic that they'd be scary and formal and that the 8 hours of solid casting ahead, was going to be hard work and far from fun...... I could not have been more wrong!! Typical Londoners, I spotted them having a last minute ciggie in the car park; they were the perfect clients: a combining professionalism & experience, with relaxed, fun and charming, the day turned out to be SOOOO much fun!
They handled any problems that arose without panic or stress... and we all laughed even harder. Funniest of all was during the call backs, in Venice at about 9 pm at night, there was a major power cut - undaunted they soldiered on... casting by the light of their phones, combined with a lighter!!
Unsurprisingly the pictures reflect their personalities - fun, light-hearted, warm and real; the job was a total pleasure!!
