    My participation to the event 'NIXTAMAL', a collective culture sharing exhibition, with an associated programme of events and workshops organized by Doodle Plate. The event took place at the Hundred Years Gallery in London, UK in May 2013.

    Nixtamal is an ancient Mesoamerican food preparation process, used to prepare maize for making food stuffs such as corn tortillas. Nixtamal is an Aztec word which describes corn that has undergone a lime treating process unlocking valuable nutrients from the corn.
