This is me or you...at times.
For me, this is the feeling I get while modeling.
I just have so much fun with a digital sculpting package (mudbox, zbrush) that I get an awesome feeling of flow and peace when everything just works...
You probably get the same feeling doing whatever it is your creative work when you manage not to stress out about deadlines and clients.
