YouTube Brand Channel
- Nintendo, like many brands, struggles with fragmentation on YouTube. Should it consolidate into one omnipotent super channel or maintain three channels, one for each of its platforms? The solution that made the most sense was to keep the three-channel strategy, but associate the channels through consistent navigation. The result is a seamless experience for users. By including thumbnail watermarks, brand-safe watch pages and annotated creative bumpers on all of its videos, Nintendo was able to keep users engaged on and off the channels.
