Together with Nike we brought the Boateng brothers back to their home-pitch the "Panke" in Berlin and told their story on various media channels like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Next to the Panke we created a pop-up space with rooms dedicated to the interests and lifestyle of each brother. It was a sneaker room meets tattoo parlour meets barbershop meets t-shirt studio meets event venue space for everyone and filled with pieces from the life and story of the Boatengs. Their first jerseys, cut outs from newspapers and magazine, trophies and personal bits. And of course there was a special area dedicated to the FC247 collection. So kids could test out the boots and start their own story. Or share it via the live streamed Fuel Stream wall. Each brother was represented by an area that was completely designed to his lifestyle.
The opening event was followed by a two-week immersive experience that engaged fans, media and influencers and blurred the boundaries between football and street culture.
Every day saw something new happening at the Panke. From special events like training sessions with Hertha BSC and live screenings of league games of the Boateng brothers to live hip-hop performances and the daily programme happening at the space.
