Fontainebleau Hotel Night Club

Located in a prime location on the Las Vegas Strip, Fountainebleau hotels and resorts is building a new luxury tower with first rate amenities. We were hired to design a 41,000 sq ft night club that is positioned on the corner of the site located on the 7th floor pool deck.
Our take off point was the concept that “LAS VEGAS IS FETISHIZED REALITY.” With this in mind, we set out to conceive a series of spaces designed to incorporate and actualize a sequence of fetish themes. Voyeurism, exhibitionism, dominance and submission were all weaved into the spaces, taking advantage of cutting edge materials and audio/visual technologies. The club is separated into three main club environments that take the users thru a series of seven voyeuristic actions. These actions are “Gaze”, “Encounter”, “Fetishize”, “Fantasize”, “Reestablish”, and “Detach”.
My responsibilities included designing the spaces, managing and drawing the DD set, 3D modeling, consulting with various technical agencies, developing details for the myriad of complex wall systems, and creating presentation materials.
