Niamh is one of the UK’s leading food bloggers and writes the Eat Like A Girl blog where she shares her love of cooking, food travel and gastronomic experiences with her readers. She had a couple of hours free from her hectic work and publicity schedule to drop in to our studio and have a date with our resident pig, Madame Bovary. Niamh’s new cookbook, Comfort & Spice, was launched in September to great reviews by publisher Quadrille as part of their ‘New Voices in Food’ series, showcasing some of the UK’s exciting young cookery writers.
