    Originally packaged in polybags, New Look commissioned a redesign of the packaging for a relaunch of their 'Sheer' tights range to feature a photographic solution to discourage opening of packs.
     
    We needed to communicate that the product lines availability in 5 skin flattering tones which range from fair to olive. The large numbering system further aid the consumer to differentiate between each shade, as well as a shade chart on the reverse to help them find their own shade number within the wider range.

    Consideration in selecting a metallic background colour to communicate the subtle 'Sheer' finish of the product, as there is the potential to expand the range. There is flexibility in the design to allow for different poses for additional product within this range.
     
    As further products could potentially be manufactured by different suppliers, we had to keep the set up as simple as possible, without compromising the design.
    The result, a flexible design which is subtle yet clear, yet has a contemporary, but vintage feel.
