My Aunt Tammy and Uncle Henry, the owners of Keva Juice in Lake Havasu City, AZ, wanted a new look for the punch card. They didn't like the last owner's punch card look so they wanted me to make a new one for them. So I came out with the ideas to make it a more modern look. To me, I like it nice and simple.
