Never Let Me Go

"Never Let Me Go" is definitely one of my favorite novels of all time, since the moment I found it in a tiny bookstore in Mendocino. In my second year in our Illustration class, we were given the assignment to choose a book and illustrate it's cover. I immediately thought of this one. In my illustration I wish to convey the feeling of solitude and nostalgia of the main character, Kathy, and one of the recurring elements in the book without saying too much about it's content. It's a book I recommend to everyone, it's filled with unexpected twists and will leave you thinking about, well, life and love.
