Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights. Nando’s asked us to do their yearly Diwali card. We used Rangoli – an ancient Indian floor art employed by Hindu women during Diwali. Women use coloured powders, paints and rice to create a decorative pattern at the entrance to their homes. We made use of chili powder, turmeric, rice, chilies, lentils, salt, sugar and various other ingredients found in Nando’s restaurants to create the traditional art piece. Read Less
