My Texas My Health is is a statewide program created by the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) to inform Texans about their various health insurance options. I was brought in to create a cohesive brand identity that reaches across print and web mediums, first creating the poster to establish look and feel and adapting from there.
