Once upon a time, not too long ago, a designer spent many long days and evenings at work. A refreshing sight during these long hours were his friend's massive collection of flashy-sparkly-plastic-cutedome, standing there on the opposite desk, shouting "we love you" with open arms.
A year later, the cute and cuddly had melded with his fascination for TIME.
Rust, dirt - wear and tear. The effects of time on materials.
With cuddly, soft - warm and friendly - It all merged.
And soon, shelf after shelf were stacked with Robots, Animals, Shapes and Designs. Character creations with a hand-hold on art and beauty.
Then came experiments with molds, clay, plastics and silicone. Followed by paints, spray cans, ropes and what-nots. And suddenly the creative joy of youth was back in the living-room.
I had found my long lost creative freedom again...
