I adapted this from the New York Times' food columnist's piece by Mark Bittman on basic soup recipes so that I could use it to: 1. stick on my fridge door, and 2. use it as a promotional download for my graphic design company T. Rex Design. So I stuck it on my fridge door and use it regularly. I also stuck the download link on Mark Bittman's Facebook page, my Facebook page on the NYT website and every other online space I could think of without getting too spammy. I've had over 345 downloads so far, from mostly grateful strangers and assorted soup fans. This is my homage to truly great soups. You can download it here as an easily printable A4 PDF.
