Before we dig in, it might be good to give you a little background to why I created this book and how it came to be what it is today...
Here’s the scoop, my vision was to create a book that captured the idea that someone’s personality and their favorite ice cream flavor are related. I got excited about this concept because I love ice cream and I love people! I decided to use a little psychology to examine people and ice cream and mix the two concepts. One thing led to another and the ice cream book seemed to end up revealing a lot of MY personality. So Im going
