CONCEPT  A pseudo research initiative, Music+Water Research Co. (MWRC), is founded to investigate the everyday phenomenons of music and water. To promote the discovery of its findings, MWRC launches a book as part of their debut into the mass market – as a means to fund their research. Visual communications is used as a tool for systematic organisation and meaningful representation of the text heavy content.
WEB  The website becomes a platform for the public to learn about MWRC. It introduces the company, promotes the book and allows book owners to share videos of themselves interacting with the water drum that comes with the book. (More about the water drum below.)
BOOK  Swim! A Designer's Thoughts on Music & Water is MWRC's first in a series of self-promotion publications.  Its content is derived after nine weeks of research on the topic of water and music for the purposes of this course. Personal reflections, recounts and interviews are interwoven into each chapter. The book tells the story of my personal journey with music since the age of four through the lens of the designer that I am today.
