I'm sure like most graphic designers, my career started by helping friends and eventually clients. Be it designing flyers or promo material for their business, music events and promotion of their products. They’re the jobs that get your name out in the community. Some of the work was done for free while some others were done for personal gain.
Below are some examples of design work that I did to promote myself. The dates of the design span from the last few months back to 2007 - maybe you can tell the age by look at the style of each piece? I learnt how to deal with clients and deadlines during this time. They are the jobs that inspired me to work hard and be what I wanted to be.
