While studying in third, and last year at Vocation Graphique, one of my final project, to graduate, had been to redesign the Musée Rodin of Paris website's. The goal of this project was to be done in less than 6 hours.
To be economical, efficient, and beautiful. Not a "box-office-like" as the Monet exhibition could have been.
So I decided to do something as clean as possible, highly driven by a strong grid, but as clean as it could be. Mixed with colour stains reminding waterpainting, which was one of the main techniques Rodin used in studies. In a way to emphazises the artist's works, and to back up that we'll be learning from him.
As well we've been asked to create an iPhone application that promote the museum.
So I made it easy, newsletter, on-line tickets, special news, maps, helps...
