Multi family residence was a 3 rd year bachelor project for architecturaldesign studio. The idea behind the project was tocreate two residential building in the residential area of Varna, Bulgaria.First building has small and big apartments which are spirally going aroundcentral staircase and elevator core. Apartments have large terraces which provide panoramic view of the city. Second building is much smaller then thefirst one. There are four apartments on each floor. Two big and two small ones.
