project / Moving to One brand campaign - We developed the strategic branding, visual identity, communications and collateral support forRoche’s worldwide Moving to One campaign. Following Roche’s acquisition of Genentech, thismulti-year initiative will define the integration of the two companies into one global organizationwith one set of systems and processes.
- logo design
The first priority was to create a logo for the Moving to One (MTO) brand. The initial direction
from the client was to design a typographical logomark with the words “Moving to One” that
visually communicated the integration of the two companies into one global organization with with
one set of systems and processes.

Initial concepts focused on the interplay of the word “one”. A few early design directions
- brand style guide
We developed the brand style guide to help maintain the consistency of the brand voice. Weincluded guidelines of proper usage, including the logo, color palette, typography, business templates,icon and image libraries. 
- collateral
Following the style guide, we created all marketing and communications material including poster, invite, stationery, presentation and e-mail templates, developing customized icons, illustrations, information graphics, and diagrams. 
- website
The website had two main objectives; the first priority was to create awareness and adoption
from the audience, the second objective was to provide the information people needed for
training, support, and communications during the integration process. Over 90 pages of contentwas updated weekly with project news, information, timelines, videos, demos, informationgraphics and resources. 
- impact tool
In addition to creating online communication tools built into the website, we helped develop this stand-alone application to help managers determine how changes would impact their groups, allowing them to plan ahead allocating resources appropriately throughout the duration of the project.
