Completely hand fabricated full suspension mountain bike frame. The main frame is titanium and the suspension fork is chrome-moly steel and aluminum.
Completely hand crafted pneumatic suspension fork with oil dampening. Functions somewhat like a bike pump, filling itself with air until a desired pressure has been achieved.
Line drawing illustrates the suspension fork components.
Detail of titanium rear triangle. Titanium is difficult to bend so miter joints were used.
