  • A poster designed for Mother’s Choice, an organization devoted to helping teenagers through the difficulties of pregnancy. This is a particularly problematic issue in Hong Kong, where sex education is notoriously insufficient, and communication between parent and child about the topic is very taboo. Mother’s Choice wanted to launch a subway poster campaign over the week of Valentine’s Day to raise awareness of their service in response to the increased pregnancy rates associated with the holiday, so this solution was devised. The characters surrounding the center of the image are words that are associated with the way a confused and pregnant young woman might feel, like “confused,” “guilty,” and “scared.” The text in the center reads, “What am I to do?"
