Metamorphosis is a personal essay over history and change.
Using the Disney vintage imaginary, we have taken the intimate relationship with the illustration language and values of the 70's and re-used them to promote the new contemporary animation shows, with the goal of criticizing commercial & merchandise oriented cartoons- The new sellout show aired in every broadcast system.
In a intimate relationship with the new Blakhiss thematics - Metamorphosis - we developed an oddly-placed piece with a strong focus on print-oriented illustration as a channel of contrast and critics, empowering both the morphing of values in the infant-targeted animation and its analogic vs. digital media.
It is a personal approach with a touch of humor, french arrogance, jazz and funk.
