MONROE 3000
l I was asked by Nicholas Hardy, director of Factory 311 to take part in the Evolution
exhibition in Los Angeles and create some unique illustration with the photography
of Lionel Deluy. The theme was “Evolutions” so I decided to illustrate the evolution
of Merlin Monroe.
l I was partially inspired by the music video of Wamdue Project "King of my castle"
[I really love the first 40 seconds of this video]. Daft Punk concerts were also very
inspiring for me. The color combinations, visualizations and lightning used in the stage
are incredible!
