Instead of two launches by year, Winter Edition and Summer Edition, Mövenpick decided there would now be a special theme based Limited Edition, to be launched once a year, starting in 2007. For the first launch a Swiss origin theme was chosen, featuring authentic flavours such as Double Crème de Gruyère & Meringue, Bündner Nusstorte and Grappa.
