Working with Bullington Construction we won this project from a pitch in September and from this meeting we were on site within the week. The project duration was 8 weeks from start to finish. Modello is an existing chain with two other site in the UK. The client felt that the existing sites lacked personality and that wow factor. We worked to a very limited budget bearing in mind the existing venue in Bedford had to be striped out and we had to start from scratch. The total project cost was £400,000. The most challenging point of this project was the Project management side and I had to be on site from day one every day till completion. Lets just say the client had a happy Christmas!
