Greek Inspired Flavors 
- Mo' Ziki is an all-new restaurant recently opened in Largo, Florida. The menu features Greek Inspired Flavors; essentially an American spin on classic Greek gyros. One of the more unique aspects of the concept are the various signature tzatziki sauces (hence the name "Mo' Ziki") such as lemon avocado and roasted garlic.
While employed as creative director at 3Square Studios in Clearwater, I oversaw brand development for the concept from scratch. Our team worked to develop a name, taglines, identity, and tone that would stand out in the saturated fast casual restaurant crowd. We also developed and launched a website, directed and photographed a series of interior, exterior, and menu items, created various signage and art, and had a great time doing it.
