Binding laboratoryĀ held in Torino, Italy, in partnershipĀ with Marasma Design.
Performed in three days, the laboratory proposes to investigate together different book binding techniques. On the first day we presented a little bit ofĀ the books'Ā design evolution, examples of projects and someĀ bookbindig tools. Then we started the practice doingĀ a few techniquesĀ exercises, using recycled materials, such as postcards,Ā promotional materials and usedĀ boxes.
On the last day of work each participant performed a final project using the technique which they felt more comfortable with,Ā or a combination of techniques.
