Introversion and extroversion are both the simplest and most complicated traits we possess as human beings. I created Mind Over Chatter because two heads are better than one. Two types are better than one. Two mindsets, two approaches, two views of the world exist. Yet only one is allowed dominance in both society and biology. Whether consciously or not, introverted qualities are routinely looked at as deficient or mistaken for something else entirely.
