Catrín is a mezcal made in Oaxaca, Mexico from a type of agave called 'espadín.' They wanted a brand rooted in Mexican tradition, but not with the typical mezcal folklore. Malaca developed the branding for the mezcal around 'Señor Catrín,' complete with personalized accesories for each partner involved in the project.
