Memória Viva - Master's degree project

MEMÓRIA VIDA       Master's degree project       2010 - 2012       Universidade de Aveiro

Despite having an important place in the memory of the local senior population, being rich in history, memories and nature, the Infante D.Pedro Park was forgotten, and ended up being just a place to pass through and not to experience. The Living Memory project thus aimed to make Infante D.Pedro Park more lively by promoting the appreciation of its memories, with the collaboration of the local population. To this end, a network of sharing and knowledge was developed, which would be disseminated and fed with the help of communicative objects that would help collect and disseminate the project. The realization of the project can be understood in three essential stages: Collection, Dissemination and Experience. These stages are not continuous or watertight. In reality, they happen in parallel and intertwine continuously.
